Current Weather Situation and Future Developments:
A high will be in the Bight on Wednesday and then proceed very
slowly east during the remainder of the week, only reaching Tasmania
during the weekend. This will result in colder south to southeast
winds, cloud and showers/drizzle developing along the New South Wales
coast and east ranges on Wednesday and likely to persist through to
next week. Over western and northern parts of the inland an increase
in moisture at mid-levels will see cloud developing during the week
and into the weekend. Some isolated showers are expected to result,
but conditions will be mostly fine.

Forecast for Wednesday
Isolated showers on the coast and adjacent ranges north of about
Ulladulla with the chance of thunderstorms in the far northeast.
Chance showers in the far southeast. Fine remainder. South to
southeast winds, fresh to strong along the southern half of the
coast.

Forecast for Thursday
Isolated showers along the coast and adjacent ranges, tending
scattered in the north. Isolated light showers also possible over the
northeastern inland border districts. Fine remainder. East to
southeast winds, fresh to strong along the northern coast.

Forecast for Friday
Isolated showers along the coast and east ranges, more scattered
along the northern coast. Cloudy periods with the chance of a few
isolated showers over the Upper Western. Fine elsewhere. East to
southeast winds.

Forecast for Saturday
Isolated showers about coast and east ranges, extending to the North
West Slopes in the north. Also some isolated showers possible over
the western inland, but mostly fine there. Fine remainder. Southeast
to northeast winds.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 11:20 am EDT Wednesday
